What sort of problem are you waiting to be resolved with your printer? Maybe someone else on the forum can help while we are waiting.

I think the crickets are directed at the lack of iBox personnel visiting or participating in their own support forum.

I help where I can, but I can't fix broken acrylic or decipher why the WiFi hates Apple routers so much. :-P

I sincerely appreciate the inquiry and the attempt to help. Very much appreciated.

I happen to be one of those individual who still remains Nano-less... Meaning I do not have a printer and hence, do not have the sort of problem you were kind enough to attempt to resolve.

Then again, I never completed the survey nor have I paid for shipping...
Instead, and long before I received the survey email & shipping fee message, I had previously requested a refund via numerous channels any yet have received nothing in response from iBox.
