Upload PNGs?

Postby pgyugyi » Wed Sep 09, 2015 1:09 pm

Hi, I have some rather simple geometric objects to print (tubes, bozes), and I would like to just create a set of 128x64 pixel PNGs and upload them to the printer, since I think I can do a more precise job than the slicer.
Is there support for that?

As of right now, I haven't seen any way to bypass the whole SVG->PNG process. There are other files that need to be created by the Nano in order to print.

The one method I thought of was to hijack an existing conversion from SVG to PNG and replace the PNG files it created with your own. You will not have the preview capability and you will have to figure out what to do with a layer count that does not match between your set of files and what is on the Nano.
