Print my own designs?

Is it possible for me to create my own 3D files and print those with the nano?

Yes you can create your own designs using tinkercad, meshmixer, blender, sketch up, or any other 3d modeling tool of your choice. As long as it can open up in slic3r (supports stl and obj files I think) then you can print it on the nano. Just remember to keep in mind the scale of the object and also you need to think about overhangs and supports if you want to make something complex. I'd recommend starting off with simple 2d extruded objects (maybe you name or any other text?) before you try making 3d ones.
